Great customer service

I bought a bassinet and lost the receipt. When we opened the bassinet to put it together, it was missing a part. The company was amazing and shipped me the part promptly after I contacted them!

Bum zipper

I dont love how low the bassinet but I could get use to it. On a side note tho I got one with a zipper that doesn't work. I am hoping to get ahold of customer service.
