Great Customer Service

I bought the high chair through a reseller online and received the item without a tray. I searched for a replacement online with no results. Beautiful and Functional High Chair

I love the wood look and the plastic is high quality. Tray clips and unclips easily and smoothly. I mostly purchased for the look and colors. The step is a bit time consuming to adjust but it doesn't need to be done often. The straps are nice, but the material is too slick for the length adjusters and they don't stay at the length set. It is annoying, but will still hold your baby in even when loose. Easy to put baby into and take them out of.
