This is one of those serendipitous, ‘stumbled-upon’ articles. Of course, we share only the ones that give us a little heart-lift and ones that give you room to let your imaginations soar.
Bethany is, in her own words, ‘a Houston, TX based fashion/style, lifestyle, travel, & mommy blogger. Sweets lover.’ She put together this classy Windsor Nursery for her baby boy with one of the goals being to have a nursery that could convert easily to a big boy room. We, of course, are delighted that she chose évolur.
The desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose. ~
The full quote reads: “The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad for them; and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose.”
We don’t particularly care about the original context of this. But looking at Yvette’s latest nursery for her second born – baby Tatum – it’s easy to draw parallels with the literal meaning of this quote.
Yvette King, you may remember, was featured last year right here in our beautiful nurseries category – A Midsummer Night’s Dream. We are, of course, delighted that she chose évolur again for Tatum.
My inspiration for Tatum’s room was a Mexican zarape blanket I found at my local flea market. It was the first thing I picked out and whether I was having a girl or a boy I knew it had to go in the room. When I was young we lived in Venice, CA and some of my earliest memories are walking the boardwalk, gazing at the fun and eclectic decor, while soaking up the California Sun. I wanted her nursery to have a cool California theme and for some reason that blanket seemed to be the thread of inspiration I needed.

Model, TV host and actress Eva Marcille is all set to become a mom for the second time. The stunning The Young and the Restless star is expecting a baby boy with fiancé Micheal Sterling soon.
évolur was over the moon when Eva decided to go with our beautiful Madison Curved Top collection for her son’s nursery. We helped assemble the crib and complementary pieces not two days ago and if there was a moon over the moon, we would now be over that moon!

Mom of 3, photographer and blogger Kristle Amara’s youngest is enjoying the Dream On Me Synergy 5-in-1 Convertible Crib. And from some of the photographs, we think there are more little ones enjoying the crib too!

Active Family Magazine, an SF Bay Area lifestyle parenting publication and online resource dedicated to women who happen to be Moms featured the Dream On Me Karley Bassinet in their November issue. Do check it out on Page 22.
This charming bassinet allows you to keep your newborn to 3-month–old baby close, secure and extremely cozy day and night. Featuring a soft and delicate fabric with an elegant lace trim and an adjustable canopy, this sturdy bassinet also has a large storage basket underneath with locking swivel casters, so you can easily move it from room-to-room.
It’s the perfect accessory for busy moms and doting fathers who prefer a more mobile option than a traditional crib.
Seasoned broadcaster, writer, host and mom, the multi-faceted Michelle Jerson, was recently a guest on The Weekend with Ed Kalegi. Michelle speaks about Baby Safety (remember September was Baby Safety Month?) and baby safe products – including those from our own brands. We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to visit our Baby Safety Network and catch up with information on keeping your baby safe.
In the meantime, give this super fun, super informative radio segment a listen.
We love surprises as much as the next person. But we love surprising people more. And it’s especially gratifying for us to be able to pleasantly surprise 275 military wives, in collaboration with our retail partner Walmart, with their very own Dream On Me Ashton 5-in-1 Convertible Crib. This crib was featured in the recently aired, Season 8, Episode 35 of ‘The Talk’.
